SHIPPING POLICY
Brogan Boots (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates broganboots.com - By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms, ensuring clarity and a seamless delivery experience.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels across all boots, apparel, and accessories listed on our website. In rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will ship available items and promptly contact you with options—such as waiting for a restock, selecting an alternative, or receiving store credit.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
All orders ship from our registered office in India.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Domestic orders are typically processed in 1-2 working days and delivered within 6-8 business days of dispatch.

International orders may experience longer timelines due to customs and courier processing. Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details, which can be used to monitor your shipment.

ADDRESS & DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Brogan Boots cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, shipping disruptions) may lead to delays, though we will minimize disruptions where possible. Failed delivery attempts will result in a second attempt. If undelivered again, the package will be returned to Brogan Boots, and further shipping may incur additional charges.

If your order encounters courier-related delays, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, notify us at broganboots19@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos or videos of the issue. We will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes vary by country and are not included in your order total. These charges, if applied by your customs authority, are the buyer’s responsibility. Any courier-imposed charges at the time of delivery will also be borne by the customer.
